 Mermaids and Pirates Discovery Camp

This summer, let your young explorer dive into the enchantment of the ocean at Pirates & Mermaids Discovery Camp! Created for ages 6-10, this camp is packed with creativity, collaboration, and hands-on discovery. From designing treasure maps to constructing pirate ships, each day offers exciting activities that inspire campers to imagine, play, and learn side by side.

Lowcountry STEAM Camp

In this camp we will use the SC coastal region as our muse as we explore concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) while making Art! (STEAM!) For example, students will learn about circuits as they create a lighthouse painting that really lights up, will experiment with carboard engineering techniques as they create an underwater food chain themed assemblage, and will learn all about the flora and fauna of the low country through various printmaking techniques. Island inspirations will come to life through these, and more exciting hands-on projects.

Kids N Clay Camp

Get ready for a hands-on adventure in the world of clay at our Kids N Clay Camp! This fun and creative camp is perfect for young artists who want to dive into the exciting world of sculpting and pottery. Students will learn a variety of ceramic hand building techniques: including pinch, slab, coil, surface decoration, glazing, and more! Whether it’s making tiny creatures, colorful pots, or imaginative sculptures, kids will learn the basics of clay work while exploring their artistic potential. The camp will commence for 4 consecutive days then students will return the following Friday to glaze.

Theatre Camp: Create a Play

Make a cast of new friends during this fun-filled week! Campers will experience a mini-production and will not only be the cast but will also be the writers and production crew. While working with a seasoned theatre professional, campers will learn how to create characters, develop storylines, craft simple sets, props, and costumes, then will perform for family and friends on Friday afternoon.

Take the Stage! Performing Arts Camp

Join us as we explore music, dance, and drama in this fun-filled camp. Students will work with professional artists to create scenes and musical numbers while developing strong physical characters and staging stories as an ensemble. Young actors will engage in various singing styles, scenes, and dance techniques throughout this fun-filled camp and will create a mini showcase performance in our Black Box on Friday! 

Mixed- Up Masterpieces Visual Arts Camp

In this one-week camp, students will study folk and fine art from all around the world that will inspire both traditional and unusual 2D and 3D masterpieces. A final exhibit and reception will be held on Friday. Whether your child is a budding artist or just looking to have fun with friends, our camp is the perfect place to spark their imagination and build confidence through art.

Musical Theatre Camp

July 20-24, 2026

Study with the stars in this week-long camp! Campers will work with a variety of local and regional theater professionals and will build confidence in their performance skills. From audition techniques to stage presence, they will learn how to home in on their acting, dancing and singing skills while exploring iconic Broadway shows and building their audition portfolio. A mini showcase will be held in the Black Box on Friday for family and friends.

Cancellation Policy:

“Musical Theatre Boot Camp: Starbound” for ages 9 to 14 will be held June 15-19 from 9 a,m. to 3 p.m. at the Sea Glass home base at Coligny Theatre. 

To explore singing, dancing, and acting as they work together to create an original musical. Along the way, they’ll train through improv games and audition practice before launching into a final performance. Tuition is $275 (or $250 for returning campers). Directed by Alex Clark and Drake Carney, the camp’s mission is for campers to explore singing, dancing, and acting as they work together to create an original musical. Along the way, they’ll train through improv games and audition practice before launching into a final performance. Coligny Theatre is located at 1 N. Forest Beach Drive on Hilton Head Island.
