The technique focuses on strategically placed beads that create a secure foundation for sewing extension wefts into the natural hair. Because the beads are hidden between layers of hair, the finished look is seamless and natural. The salon maintains an in house “hair wall” stocked with a wide range of colors and textures, allowing many clients to find a match immediately. “A lot of salons have to special order hair from overseas,” Nash said. “Because we work with a supplier in the United States, we can get custom orders quickly or often match clients the same day.”
