You can go back as far as you’d like into Coligny’s incredible 70-year history, and the more you follow its journey to today the more you’ll realize: This place is more than just a shopping center. The riches here far exceed what you’ll find in its 60-plus locally owned shops and restaurants. It’s an experience that moves with the rhythm of Hilton Head Island. Within that soundtrack, you’ll hear the hum of a place where the fun never stops.
But front and center (literally at Coligny Center Stage) in this symphony, you’ll hear music from some of the island’s most celebrated players. On an island that has long been known for its wealth of musical talent, Coligny has always kept a stage open for its brightest stars to shine. That’s true all year long, with live music pouring forth from the many restaurants around Coligny, but in the summer it reaches a beautiful crescendo.
This year, when its summer music lineup hits center stage each night from 6:30-8:30, Coligny will show once again how it is the best place to catch local talent.
“We hear so much from locals and visitors how they love coming back every night to see who’s playing,” said Coligny owner JR Richardson. “We’re blessed to have so many great musicians on Hilton Head Island, so it’s only natural that we would want to show them off.”

The lineup this year brings out an amazing cross section of the island’s best musicians. Taking the stage on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, Jevon Daly’s Kids’ Show will bring families a high-energy evening with the island’s most dynamic entertainer. In the atmosphere nicknamed “The Jevonsphere,” these shows crank up Daly’s naturally goofy energy.
“Doing a kids’ show is so unique to our island,” Daly said. “I get to become a part of more than 50,000 families over the course of the summer.”
Along with the thrice-weekly kids shows, the Summer Music series will also showcase some of the island’s most popular recording artists, including solo shows from the members of legendary local band Pretty Darn. The iconic duo splits the week with Kyle Wareham on Tuesday and Nick Poulin on Thursday. On Monday, the duo of John Cranford and Eric Reid, known to islanders as one-half of Cranford Hollow, will delight the crowd with their signature Southern stomp sound.
“I love Coligny. I love how much they support live music,” Cranford said. “They’ve been doing it longer than anyone in the Lowcountry and I’m proud to be a musician there.”

Finally, the big addition to this year’s lineup sees island-born recording artist Anna Barnes taking the stage on Saturdays. A touring artist whose RV has pulled up to stages from Memphis to Miami, she returns to her native island from Nashville where her profile as a singer-songwriter continues to rise.
